2、目的 the purpose,

确定未绝缘的带电体是否会造成对人身电击的危害。

Determine whether the uninsulated charged body can cause damage to the personal electric shock.
 

3、设备 equipment

    设备如下：

The equipment is as follows:
 

a) 按IEC 61032下图所示的11号圆柱型试验工具。

cylindrical test instruments as shown in figure 11 below, IEC 61032.
 

b) 欧姆表或导通测试仪。

 ohms or guide tester.
 

4、程序 program,

 

试验程序如下：

The test procedure is as follows:
 

a) 根据制造商推荐的方法安装组件并进行连线；

install components according to the method recommended by the manufacturer and make connections;
 

b) 将欧姆表或导通测试仪与组件电路连接，并连接到试验工具上；

 connect the ohm watch or guide tester to the component circuit and connect it to the test tool;
 

c) 移去组件上所有不用工具就可去掉的覆盖物、插头和连接器等的部分；

 remove any cover, plug and connector that can be removed without tools on the component;
 

d) 试验工具在所有的电连接器、插头、接线盒以及组件电路可达到的任何区域，用试验工具进行探测；

 test tools shall be used in all electrical connectors, plugs, junction boxes and any areas of the component circuit to be detected with test tools;
 

e) 在探测期间监视欧姆表或导通测试仪以确定试验装置与组件电路是否有电接触。

 monitor ohms or guide tester during detection to determine whether the test device has electrical contact with the component circuit.
 

4、最终测试The ultimate test

5、要求 requirements
 

试验过程中试验工具和组件电路之间的电阻不允许低于1MW。

The resistance between the test tool and the component circuit is not lower than 1MW during the test.
